Storyline:
Set in the midst of the old Indus Valley human progress around 2016 B.C.E, an indigo rancher from Amri, Sindh named Sarman (Hrithik Roshan) makes a trip upriver to the biggest city, Mohenjo-daro, where amid a road setback he spares the life of a lovely lady named Chaani (Pooja Hegde) who as "The Chosen One" in support of Sindhu Ma, the goddess of the waterway which is the focal point of their way of life, is "the image of Mother Sindhu's beauty and gift." But Sarman soon falls afoul of the legislator Maham (Kabir Bedi) and his child Moonja (Arunoday Singh) who are seizing force and beginning to manage Mohenjo Daro as a realm. To win Chaani, Sarman must thrashing Maham and energize the general population to spare their city.
