Lijo Jose Pellisserry’s ‘Double Barrel aka Iratta Kuzhal’ is a Gangster comedy film. The film has a novel theme and is narrated in an experimental and unique manner. According to Lijo watching this movie is like reading a comic book. The movie is not centered on a hero and a heroine; instead each character has his own space and significance in the storyline. ‘Double Barrel’ is a Pulp fiction-esque movie starring Prithviraj and Indrajith in the lead roles. Prithviraj plays Pancho and Indrajith does Vinci. Arya as Majnu aka Jammy, Chemban Vinod Jose as Diesel, and Swathi Reddy as Laila aka Babushka do the other important roles.
