Storyline:
Based on real life incidents during the 80s, the story is about a group of conmen led by Mon Singh (Akshay) along with his henchmen Sharmaji (anupam kher) and others. They have a group which targets the rich people, the famous businessmen and all those who have black money. The group has a specialty. They pose as CBI or IT Officers and then execute their plan. In comes the real CBI officer Waseem Khan (manoj bajpayee) along with his team to nab the culprits. Whether he is successful or not forms the rest of the story.
