Storyline:
A patriotic tale, the story begins on the backdrop of the original Delhi where the bylanes and crowded streets mark the herald. Here comes Roshan (Abhishek) along with his ailing grandmother (Waheeda Rahman), she wants to breathe her last in the motherland. This is the first visit for Roshan who is born and brought up in the US completely and little does he know about the Indian way of living or thinking. But soon all his misconceptions about his granny leaving the entire family and loved ones in America evaporate when he sees the overwhelming affection and warmth of the people here. In all this, Roshan comes across the slender beauty Bittu (Sonam) who has only one goal - to make it to the Indian Idol finals and also get away from the regular social norms and customs of the society. Eventually, Roshan falls in love with Bittu and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
